Professional Ethics
PURPOSE OF THE SEMINAR:
- To give the definition of Vocational Education
- To mention the necessity of Vocational Education in our lives
- Indicate how Vocational Education determines the image of an undertaking
OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR:
Participants must:
- Define what is Professional Ethics
- Understand the importance of proper behavior towards customers
- Report and analyze the points that characterize the behavior of personnel towards the customers
- Apply correctly the rules of personal and telephone communication with customers
- Indicate the key points governing the relations between director and subordinate in the restaurant
- Describe the correct attitude, the staff should have with regard within the company it works

INFRASTRUCTURE DESCRIPTION:
- For the theoretical part: capacity room ... ... of people, tables, chairs, table, etc. (short description of the space). For the practical part: properly landscaped restaurant with necessary equipment.
TRAINING EDUCATIONAL INSTRUMENTS:
- The participants will be given a file containing the notes. The seminar will be conducted with the help of electronic media (movies, power-point), flip chart, display cloth etc.
ADRESSED TO:
- The program is addressed to waiters and the Food and Beverage Department.
TRAINING METHODS:
- Lecture, discussion, role play, teamwork, practical work.
