Preparation of Alcoholic Beverages
PURPOSE OF THE SEMINAR:
- The aim of the program is to improve their efficiency and efficiency in modern and innovative techniques of organizing the bar, making alcoholic beverages and to the maximum customer service. In this way they will gain wider knowledge of the basic needs of the bar and the quality of customer service.
OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR:

- Liquors and Bitter Drinks
- Names alcoholic beverages and their basic characteristics
- Describe the method of distillation and calls the distillation methods
- Names the various liqueurs and bitters used in the bar and their basic characteristics
- Describes how to serve the various alcoholic beverages
