Participants will acquire the necessary knowledge, attitudes and waiter skills, so that they can apply them during food and beverage service. - PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

Participants are aware of the rules, professional obligations and responsibilities towards clients, business and themselves. - WINE & OENOLOGY
Seminar Objective:
The participants acquire the necessary knowledge of the wine making process, classify different wines and name the different wines of other countries. - COKCKTAIL PREPARATION & SERVICE
Seminar Objective:
To acquire the necessary knowledge, techniques and skills of the bar and prepare and serve the cocktails. - PREPARATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE & SERVICE
Course Objective:
Participants to acquire the necessary knowledge, techniques and skills of alcoholic beverages, various categories and how to serve them. - FLAMBE SERVICE & TECHNIQUES
Course Objective:
The participants to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in the techniques of flambé and how to prepare them (appetizers, main courses and desserts). - QUERIDON SERVICE & TECHNIQUES
