OBJECTIVES
- By completing this module, the student should be able to:
1. Define what is alcoholic or alcoholic beverage
2. Sort alcoholic beverages in different categories
3. Name simple alcoholic or alcoholic beverages
4. Record the materials and utensils necessary for the preparation for the following drinks:
- Beer
- Whiskey with water or soda
- Rum & Coke
- Vodka with orange or tonic
- Gin with tonic or soda
5. Describe how to serve these beverages properly
