- To calculate the capacity of the dining area based on its dimensions
- Describes the characteristics of suitable dining equipment
- Call to the basic furniture and restaurant equipment in Greek and English
- State the factors that determine the choice of restaurant equipment
- Distinguish points which contribute an appropriate atmosphere in the restaurant
