Cocktail Preparation & Service
PURPOSE OF THE SEMINAR:
- Participants acquire the necessary knowledge, techniques, and skills of Cocktail Preparation
OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR:
Participants must:
- Give the definition of cocktail
- Mention the origin of the word cocktail
- Report the composition of the cocktail
- Describe the points to be careful when making a cocktail
- Report the necessary materials, how many and the decoration of the Cocktail
- Name the necessary equipment for the preparation of the Cocktail
- Prepare the cocktails according to the recipes:
- Serve the cocktails with proper way of service

INFRASTRUCTURE DESCRIPTION:
- For the theoretical part: capacity room ... ... of people, tables, chairs, table, etc. (short description of the space). For the practical part: properly landscaped restaurant with necessary equipment.
TRAINING EDUCATIONAL INSTRUMENTS:
- The participants will be given a file containing the notes. The seminar will be conducted with the help of electronic media (movies, power-point), flip chart, display cloth etc.
