PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The purpose of the program n a gain students / behavior shows the necessary knowledge of the winemaking process, classify the different wines and call the various wines of other countries.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM:
The participants:
- Describe the process of making wine.
- State the basic characteristics of the wines.
- Indicate the rules for the storage and preservation of wines.
- To classify the wines in the appropriate categories.
- Name the main winemakers and local wineries of Cyprus and their products.
- State the rules for the storage and preservation of wines.
- Mention the uses of wines in the dining areas, in the bar and in the cooking.
- Named the main wine-producing countries or regions of Europe and their wine products

- The Participants will be given a file containing the notes. The seminar will be conducted with the help of electronic media (movies, power-point), flip chart, projection cloth, etc.
