OBJECTIVES

On completion of this module, the student should be able to:

• Indicate the usefulness of the captain order for foods and drinks
• Describe all the necessary information written on captain order
• Take food and drink orders in accordance with the rules of restaurant art
• Record orders for food and drinks in accordance with the terms of the restaurant order
• Make the necessary corrections in the captain order when it is necessary
• Issue customer accounts, in accordance with captain order
• Compete properly complete the forms of accounts
• Recommend suitable wines combines with the main dishes which are included in the menus of restaurants and hotels
