OBJECTIVES
On completion of this module, the student should be able to:
- Indicate the usefulness of the captain order for foods and drinks
- Describe all the necessary information written on captain order
- Take food and drink orders in accordance with the rules of restaurant art
- Record orders for food and drinks in accordance with the terms of the restaurant order
- Make the necessary corrections in the captain order when it is necessary
- Issue customer accounts, in accordance with captain order
- Compete properly complete the forms of accounts
- Recommend suitable wines combines with the main dishes which are included in the menus of restaurants and hotels
